By making an appointment, you agree to the following:

In Consideration of the risk of injury and property theft or damages while using Sunstone Studios for any reason, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into waiver and release liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation with utilizing the studio, and hereby release and forever discharge Sunstone Studios/Shaylene Creates LLC, their affiliates, managers, representatives, staff and assigns, for any physical or physiological injury, that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation of renting Sunstone Studios including traveling to and from an event related to this activity as well as property theft or damages. 

I acknowledge that I have read this waiver and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I expressly agree to release and discharge Sunstone Studios / Shaylene Creates LLC and all affiliates, members, representatives, and assigns from any and all claims or causes of action and I agree to voluntarily give up any right that I otherwise have to bring a legal action against Sunstone Studios / Shaylene Creates LLC for Personal Injury or property theft or damages.
