1. RESERVATIONS -
Your reservation may be subjected to approval, depending on other bookings, but the reservation will not be held until the reservation is paid in full. A payment request will be sent via e-mail/text. The reservation can be paid by Zelle, Venmo, or credit card upon request. The reservation is non-refundable, see below. The address will be provided upon reservation but is off E Colonial dr., minutes from downtown.

2. CANCELATIONS - 

All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so within 48hrs of your scheduled booking. Your payment will then be credited to the new booking date. A $50 fee will be required if requesting to re-schedule 2 or more times. If you choose to cancel within the 48hrs of your scheduled booking, you agree to forfeit your payment. 

3. OVERTIME -

All bookings start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear-down time. Do not expect early arrival nor overtime. Please respect your fellow creatives by cleaning up after your rental time. Book the adequate amount of rental time for Set Up, Shooting, and Cleaning. Any overtime will be billed at $50 per 15 mins. All patrons and equipment must be out of the studio by the end of your booked hours to avoid overtime charges. If you need more time, please contact us or check our booking portal to see if there is available time after your booking and book the amount of time accordingly.

4. HOURS - 
Posted rates apply to standard business hours which are 7am - 7pm Monday-Sunday. Earlier/later bookings are available upon discussion and increase of rate. 

5.ACCESSIBILITY 
There are stairs as well as an elevator. 

6.PROHIBITED -
NO: Real Weapons, Smoking, Pornography or other Illegal Activities. Legal Cannabis products for photography is aloud but no smoking in the building. 
NO: Shooting Outside of Studio doors
NO: Drilling/Screws/Nails/Hooks/Anchors/Holes into the walls, ceiling, and doors.
BODY OIL - Allowed BUT please clean up after & refrain from excessive oil on the upholstery.

GLITTER/CONFETTI/FEATHERS - Allowed BUT please clean up after

7. ANIMALS/PETS -

No pets aloud in the building besides service animals.  

8.SECURITY CAMERAS -
There is a security camera facing the studio entrance and wardrobe rack. This is for security reasons and incase of incidents. The camera is not monitored unless it needs to be. 

9. PROPERTY AND FURNITURE DAMAGES -
Renter is responsible for leaving the space in the same condition as before booking. Reasonable damage charges will be billed within 72 hours. Furniture/Props can be moved but MUST be placed back where it was at the beginning of your reservation. Failing to place everything back the way you found it will result in a $50 cleaning/moving fee. We recommend taking photos of the things you want to move so you can reference them at the end of your reservation.If you break it, you buy it. You will be billed at retail cost for any damaged items. 

10. WARDROBE -

Wardrobe and accessories in the Model/Makeup room are free to use. Please place accessories back where you got them and used wardrobe in the clothing bin. All accessories are sanitized daily and all worn clothes are washed.

11. NOISE -
We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Music is allowed at a reasonable level of volume. 

12. PERSONAL INJURIES & PROPERTY DAMAGE -
We are not liable for personal injuries or  property damage. See waiver.

13. PARKING -

There is ample parking in the back of the building. Sunstone Studios nor the property owner are responsible for any damaged or stolen property. Please take valuables and lock your cars.

14. CLEANING -
Please respect your fellow creatives by cleaning up after your rental time. Do not expect early arrival nor overtime. Please book the adequate amount of rental time for Set Up, Shooting, and Cleaning. If one of our associates has an abundance of cleaning after your booking, a $75 cleaning fee may incur.
